Meiko Shibayama's aroma consists of two main aromatic notes.

The first is a woody note based on aromatic sandalwood combined with our (Nippon Kodo) own original blending methods, with traditional medicinal herbs and a powdery musk that gently rounds off the fragrance.

The second is a floral note of delicate cherry blossoms, one of the most prized in Japan.

Meiko Shibayama's words are composed of the following characters - [Mei] famous, [ko] incense, [Shiba] lawn, [pit] mountain.

The fragrant combination of sandalwood and flowers creates a beautiful landscape filled with light.

The kind and soft scent of Shibayama will deeply touch your heart.

These incense belong to the class Less smoke incense - when burning, they practically do not emit smoke.
