There are two ways to pay for an order.

1. LiqPay . Online payment on the website of the payment system, immediately after placing the order.

2. To the map. Payment is made by crediting funds to the Monobank card, in a bank branch convenient for you, or through an account replenishment terminal.

Delivery

Order processing is carried out within 2-5 business days, after which the order is transferred to the delivery service.

Delivery of the order is possible in two ways:

1.Courier. After placing the order, you will be contacted to confirm the order, after sending, you will agree with the Nova Poshta courier on the place and date of the meeting to deliver your order.

2. Delivery across Ukraine. You choose the branch of the delivery service "Nova Poshta" nearest to you. Indicate the number or address of the branch in the letter. After placing the order, you will be contacted for clarification and after approval, in the near future, your order will be sent.

Attention!

- Delivery through "Nova Poshta" is carried out only on an advance payment, subject to the full payment of the order on the card!

- Buyer pays shipping.

Pickup. At the moment, due to the temporary closure of the physical store, self-delivery is not possible. We apologize.

Return and exchange.

The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return and exchange.

Product category incense, group 3307 perfumery and cosmetic products (subgroup agarbati 3307410000 ) cannot be returned or exchanged. ( Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172 )

For all other groups of goods, the return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Return conditions for goods of good quality.

You can return or exchange an item if:

the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;

the goods are fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved;

all labels and factory markings are preserved;

the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.

According to the Consumer Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange .
